Waterloo Station
This project aims to establish a new operational station at WIT, revitalizing an area unused since Eurostar’s move to St Pancras. The WIT station includes multiple levels: Platform Level (PL) for platforms 20–24, Orchestra Pit Level (GF) for departures, London Underground Level (B1) for arrivals, and Car Park Level (B2). Key MEP systems will be installed within the Victorian Arches, housing essential equipment. This phase focuses on enabling works and partial MEP installations, carefully planned to allow seamless expansion in future phases.
Cross Rail Paddington
This project modernizes Cross Rail Paddington Station, transforming it into a high-capacity transport hub to improve passenger flow and connectivity. Key upgrades include new platforms, ticketing areas, and sustainable HVAC and lighting systems for operational efficiency. Mechanical and Public Health systems are designed for high-volume traffic, with optimized ventilation and water efficiency. The initial phase includes foundational MEP installations and temporary structures, allowing seamless future upgrades to support long-term expansion.
WoodHead Tunnel
The WoodHead Tunnel project aims to restore and retrofit the historic railway tunnels for modern rail use. This includes stabilizing structures, improving ventilation, and installing advanced lighting and communication systems to ensure safety. Key features include airflow systems for emission control, resilient power, and data infrastructure for real-time monitoring. The current phase focuses on structural reinforcements and initial MEP installations, setting the foundation for future expansions. This approach preserves the heritage of WoodHead Tunnel while enabling efficient, modern rail operations.
